Here at Pure Foods Fresh, we believe in keeping things simple.

As a Pharmacist, I used to play the role of an accessible healthcare professional. I was frequently asked about what diet is the best for health. It is all too apparent that a one size fits all approach just doesn’t cut it anymore. What I have noticed, however, is that there is an underlying simple rule that cuts out all the complexity.

Eat as broad a range of foods as Nature makes them as possible, preferably locally and sustainably grown.

We at Pure Foods Fresh grow some of our own foods, buy from local producers and consume food as nature makes it.
