Blueberry Blast

1 punnet of spirulina
1 ripe banana
1 cup of frozen blueberries (I buy them fresh then freeze them)
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of kale
3/4 of a cup of water/almond milk/coconut water
1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Walnut Whip

1 punnet of spirulina
2 pineapple slices
1 handful of grapes
1 handful of walnuts
1 handful of strawberries
Greek yoghurt and honey topped

Coconut Beach

1 punnet of moringa
1 cup of coconut water
1 banana
1/2 melon
Optional extra; date syrup

Green Giant

1 punnet of moringa
2 melon slices
1 handful of spinach
1/4 cucumber
1/2 Mango
1 cup almond milk
Optional extra; honey
